Cancellation Policy

AWR Surgeons Community

Effective Date: 1 September 2025

  • Cancellation Rights:

    Members may cancel their AWR Surgeons membership at any time by submitting a written request via email to contact.awrsc@gmail.com

  • Refund Policy

    • Annual Memberships: Cancellations made within 7 days of initial payment are eligible for a full refund, minus any processing fees.

    • After 7 Days: No refunds will be provided for the remaining membership period. Members will retain access to all membership benefits until the end of their current membership term.

    • Monthly/Recurring Memberships: Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial month refunds will be issued.

  • Cancellation Process

    To cancel your membership:

    • Send an email to contact.awrsc@gmail.com with "Membership Cancellation" in the subject line

    • Include your full name, membership ID, and registered email address

    • Specify your cancellation date preference

    • You will receive confirmation within 5 business days

  • Access After Cancellation

    Upon cancellation:

    • Members retain access to membership benefits until the end of the paid period

    • Access to the member portal, video library, and exclusive content will cease at term end
