Candidates must meet all of the following criteria to be considered for AWRSC Fellowship and Observership programs.
Applicants must be Life Members of AWRSC.
Applicants must hold an MS General Surgery or an equivalent qualification.
Fellowship applicants must have completed their residency. Observership applicants may apply during postgraduate training (conditions apply).
The Abdominal Wall Reconstruction Surgeons' Community (AWRSC) has accredited Centers of Excellence across India to offer hands-on Fellowship and Observership training in hernia and abdominal wall reconstruction.

Complete and submit the online application form along with required credentials and a statement of purpose.
Submitted documents are reviewed and verified by the AWRSC board to confirm eligibility and qualifications.
Shortlisted candidates undergo a structured interview with the AWRSC selection committee across India.
Selected candidates complete enrollment formalities, pay the administrative fees, and commence their Fellowship or Observership program at the designated centre.
Note: All applications are reviewed in accordance with AWRSC standards for hernia and abdominal wall surgery excellence.
